SeaWorld lies under oath at the OSHA hearing.  The information contained in the article demonstrates:

1.  SeaWorld helps manage Loro Parque, proving that Kelly Flaherty Clark made a "bold-faced lie" under oath, and as demonstrated in the movie Blackfish. 

2.  SeaWorld considers the 29th orca in its collection, Morgan, a company "asset."

3.   Jim Atchison, SW CEO states SeaWorld stopped capturing orcas in 1972.  Morgan was wild caught in June of 2010.   Also note, on CNN this week, former SeaWorld collector, Jeff Foster, describes capturing orcas for SeaWorld well into the 1980's.
